Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Develops Team Members through a training program and coaching

  • Conducts assessments & evaluations of team members

  • Communicates employee performance and policy/procedure violations to Owner/Operator for appropriate handling 

  • Oversees & delegates tasks to Trainers

  • Complete understanding of all positions in both the front and back of the store

  • Engaging and resolving customer complaints

  • Owning and managing daily, weekly and monthly goals

  • Managing team member performance and staffing needs

  • Execute Operational Excellence 

    • Speed of Service, Accuracy of Order

    • Attentive & Courteous Customer Service

    • Taste and Quality of All Food
